Eligibility Criteria
Investment Requirement
Amount: Minimum €300,000 (excluding VAT). Options: Residential Property: Purchase a new house or apartment from a development company (first sale only). Note: For residential property investments, at least €200,000 plus VAT must be paid before application submission.
Annual Income Requirement
Main Applicant: Minimum €50,000 from legal sources abroad.
Additional Income:
Spouse: Additional €10,000.
Each Dependent Child: Additional €10,000.
Each Dependent Parent: Additional €10,000. Note: Income can be from various sources, including salaries, dividends, rental income, interest, and pensions.
Clean Criminal Record
Provide certificates of no criminal record for the main applicant and all adult family members.
Health Insurance
Obtain comprehensive medical insurance coverage for all applicants.
Accommodation Proof
Submit proof of accommodation in Cyprus, such as ownership documents or a rental agreement.
Non-Employment Declaration
The main applicant must declare the intention not to undertake any form of employment in Cyprus. Owning a company and receiving dividends is permitted.
